Professor Page studies changes in policies, administration, and service delivery arrangements within and across the public and non-governmental sectors over time, with specific attention to dilemmas of collaboration, accountability, and performance. His publications examine these issues in health and human services, and he is exploring parallels and differences in education and welfare reform. He holds a masters and a doctorate in political science from MIT, and has worked as a research associate at the National Center for Children in Poverty at the Columbia University School of Public Health, and as an independent consultant to state and local governments, nonprofits, and private foundations.
